At the intersection with the State Road Adriatica 16, turn left and proceed for about 1 km until the second roundabout and turn right into Viale Emilia.
Proceed until reaching the beach and at roundabout turn left (due North) on D'Annunzio promenade and proceed for about 150 meters until you reach street number 101.

From the Rimini train station (10 Km) take bus No 11 towards Riccione and get off at stop No. 42.
